Our steaks are cut on demand when our customers order, not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be ordered. We customize different cuts specific to each of our customers’ operation and specifications in our Fabrication room. We use our knowledge of the various cuts, specific packing plants, the market and seasonal changes in product quality to produce the best steaks each and every time our customers order.
